How does the Executive Team differ from the Board of Directors? The Board of Directors is more of an advisory role for the organization and focuses on organizational strategy, whereas the Executive Team is charged with executing the day-to-day functions of the organization, such as our programming.
Who Should Apply: Young professionals and entrepreneurs who meet the following criteria:
Have a keen interest in developing programming for the DYP network to Grow, Connect, and Give Back.
Those who are looking to gain nonprofit experience
Those who are interested in becoming more connected with the Detroit area
