For the second consecutive year, DYP is hosting golf lessons and a charity golf tournament. We are proud to support the continued sustainability of Detroit's golf assets at Palmer Park Golf Course and Rouge Park Golf Course. We are also very excited to contribute to the efforts of Covenant House Michigan. A portion of the proceeds of this event will be donated to this organization doing amazing work in our community.

About our Beneficiary

Covenant House Michigan (CHM) is a faith-based nonprofit organization that provides hope to homeless, runaway and at-risk youth. We provide shelter, educational and vocational programs, as well as other support services, to help youth overcome hurdles such as homelessness, unemployment, inadequate education, violence, drugs and gangs. Our goal is to redirect them onto a path toward meaningful and successful adulthood.

CHM has come to be known by Detroit area young people as a place they can go to build a better future and be treated with respect and unconditional love. Over 60,000 youth have been served by CHM since its inception in September, 1997.

DYP is proud to be a supporter of CHM  efforts to empower youth in the City of Detroit.  A portion of the proceeds raised from our Charity Golf Tournament will be donated to CHM to assist these organizations in their continued efforts.
