The Vanguard Awards profiles the outstanding efforts of 10-15 young professionals and entrepreneurs growing and excelling in their respective fields. These individuals influence the growth, prosperity and quality of life in Metro Detroit. They demonstrate the ability to positively impact the area long-term through professional accomplishments and community involvement.

Nominees for a Vanguard Award are automatically considered for the following three Members-Choice Awards:

• Community Servant Award - Recognizes a devoted community change agent.
• Rising CEO Award - Recognizes a progressive professional demonstrating exemplary leadership.
• Pioneer Award - Recognizes an distinguished entrepreneur.

Eligibility: Nominee must be living or working in Macomb, Oakland or Wayne County. Must be age 21-40 on or before Dec. 31 of this 2015.
