Patrick Cusmano works as the Vice President of Business Development of Red Cap Transportation, implementing strategic business growth opportunities. DYP has provided him with opportunities in and around the Detroit area that he otherwise might not have known about.

Patrick also serves as an advocate committee member for the Covenant House of Michigan, coaches the St. Clare Montefalco soccer team, and is an accomplished marathoner and charity advocate.
Rasheda Williams serves as the Chief Empowering Officer for Empowered Flower Girl and works to transform the way young people relate to one another. Rasheda earned her BA in journalism from Wayne State University and is trained in youth development and community relations.
Joining DYP allowed her to connect with a group of inspired professionals who are making a difference in the Detroit area and beyond.

Rasheda enjoys volunteering, mentoring, and traveling in her spare time and hopes to continue to give back to the place that helped mold her into the person and professional she is today.
