DYP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of the next generation of Metro-Detroit leaders

We provide professional development, civic engagement and networking opportunities for our members.

We provide and promote workshops, seminars, webinars and other training courses to help our members succeed personally and professionally.  We connect our members with existing business, political and social leaders in the region.

We promote unique ways for our members to connect and get to know each other.  We are committed to creating and environment that attracts and retains young professionals and entrepreneurs!
