Tifani Sadek, co-founder of Sadek Bonahoom, and Shannon Smith, an analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank and advocate for financial literacy, both made headlines last week for having their accomplishments recognized.  Read below to see why Tifani selected as an Emerging Leader by the Detroit Regional Chamber and why Shannon was inducted into Crain's 2015 class of 20 in their 20's.

Joining us this month are two members that share in their unique entrepreneurial spirit, which is perfect given that it's the Small Business Association's National Small Business Week.  Featured this month are: Kai- a philanthropic entrepreneur and accomplished career woman, and Anna- founder of a tech company with 2 masters degrees before the age of 22!  Both ladies are DYP supporters, who enjoy navigating Detroit's social scene, so take a moment to get to know your fellow DYP members and be sure to say hello when you see them around town.

DYP is excited to present 2 Detroiters, both graduates of Wayne State University, in this month's Member Spotlight! Although new members, Godwin Ihentuge and Jason Brown are avid DYP supporters that can be spotted at events around Detroit.  Both joined DYP to become more connected with like minded Detroiters, so be sure to connect with them online and when you spot them around town.
